Is designed to give young people a real life opportunity to experience the challenges of being a small scale food producer, the complexities of taking a product from an initial idea, via the kitchen table to the marketplace. In teams of 10 students the schools are tasked with producing a food product to sell on June 20th 2015 at the upcoming Festival Lough Erne. May the best product win!
